No-Voice Apologies!

I have been hearing from a few people that my ringing my phone just hits on the hard-wall of voice messaging without ever reaching me.&nbsp; Is it true?<br /><br />Yes and No.<br /><br /><b>Yes</b>: This is a spiritual exercise to calm down the mind from the various vivid patterns of disturbances. Thanks to <a href="http://www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/">Spiritual Science Research Foundation</a> for the enlightening articles in this direction. <br /><div align="left"><br /><script src="http://download.skype.com/share/skypebuttons/js/skypeCheck.js" type="text/javascript"></script><br /><a href="skype:deepak.vasudevan?call" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Skype Me™!" height="63" src="http://download.skype.com/share/skypebuttons/buttons/call_green_white_153x63.png" style="border: medium none;" width="153" /></a></div><br /><b>No: </b>If the caller had been adhering to the <i><a
href="http://deepakvasudevan.blogspot.com/2011/07/wire-and-wirefree-voice-culture.html">Voice Protocol</a> </i>that we discussed at length a few days back it should have been able to reach without any demur or delay. But if it is going to a <i>gossip call</i>, the caller should accept a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403">403 response</a> forthwith.<br /><br />Speech is silver and silence is golden. When you experience the bliss of silence you get to hear the melody of the inner conscience.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/16605962-673749864412689014?l=deepakvasudevan.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>
